Move Connect and Communicate

Small groups that combine communication practice with movement, mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and collaboration. Students can connect with peers, express preferences and boundaries, solve problems, and practice self-advocacy in supportive activities.

Participation is flexible. Students are not expected to make eye contact, suppress natural movement, or communicate in one prescribed way.

These groups are educational and communication-based. They are not psychotherapy, physical therapy, or yoga therapy.
